Ask about Enterprise5× and 20× mean five and twenty times the monthly credits of Plus; they do not mean speed or a fixed number of answers. Plan names are a commercial proposal.
Credits
You pay for what JORIX works on.
Your plan includes credits to work with JORIX. Before a higher-consumption task you can see its estimate and control how much you want to use. If you need more capacity, you can add credits.
- A credit is a unit of consumption. A simple job uses less than an extensive research or an analysis with several documents.
- Your plan balance renews every cycle; top-ups are kept separately and their validity is shown before you buy.
- We notify you as you approach the limit. There are no automatic extra charges unless you enable them.
- Every job has an authorized cap: if it reaches it, JORIX asks you to extend it or delivers the progress.
- Retries due to a platform error are not charged. Files you already generated remain available even if your balance runs out, per the retention policy.
Top-ups
Top-ups are also available on JORIX Free: they cover a planting, a harvest or a specific project without changing your monthly plan. They are charged in your country's currency or in USD.

What is a credit?
A unit of JORIX consumption. It is not a message, a token or a file: a simple job uses less than an extensive research or an analysis with several documents.
What happens if I run out of balance?
We notify you beforehand. You can add credits with a top-up or wait for the next cycle. Files you already generated remain available per the retention policy.
Are my documents used to train models?
No. What you share with JORIX is used for your work. Receiving a document does not authorize using it to train models or sharing it with other customers.
Does JORIX use third-party models?
JORIX combines its own platform with third-party models and sources when it suits the task. We explain this transparently in the service information; we do not present that technology as trained by us.
